Mr. Connolly began his professional career in the foodservice industry with the Red Coach Grill Division of the Howard Johnson Company.  He subsequently worked for six years with the Tobin Corporation, starting as a unit manager and finishing as Operations Manager for Dining Services, with oversight responsibility for 45 on-site foodservice facilities.  Mr. Connolly previously taught Hospitality Management at Endicott College n Beverly, MA. before joining NCC in 1992 to start the Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts Programs.  He resides in Norwalk, CT.
