The Department of Institutional Effectiveness was established in 2007 to house institutional research and to support assessment and planning at Norwalk Community College. In addition to these functions, the Department of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for aspects of grants management, Banner support, the Student Success Center and the coordination of the Achieving the Dream and Developmental Education Initiative grants.
