Official Transcript Requests

Please note: As of July 1, 2008 there is no longer a fee for Official Transcripts.

Requesting an Official Transcript in Writing

Please download and print the Transcript Request Form. The completed form must be returned to the Records Office either through the mail, via fax, or in person. Official transcripts will be mailed within 14 workings days after the request has been received.

Requesting an Official Transcript Online

For faster service, current / recent NCC students may request an Official Transcript by using any computer that has internet service. For online access, take the following steps:

• 1. Go to: http://my.commnet.edu or click the myCommNet link on the NCC homepage.
• 2.Enter your NetID and your password (see the Online Access Brochure for further information)
• 3.Click on the "Student" tab.
• 4.Click on the hyperlink in the "Student Self-Service" area.
• 5.Select and click on: Student Records
• 6.Click on: Request Official Transcript
• 7.Follow the prompts
• 8.Print out the confirmation page.
• 9.An email confirmation will be sent if you have provided NCC with your current email address.
