The NCC Voice is a laboratory of Norwalk Community College’s Communication Arts curricula. It serves as an educational tool, and also serves the entire College community by reporting the news, including College events and activities. The newspaper provides a forum for comment and criticism. It encourages free expression as guaranteed in the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
