Students Collaborate on 2009
History Symposium Poster
Students in the Graphic Design 2 class collaborated to create this year’s History Symposium poster. The concept of the iPhone was favored for it's public appeal and contemporary relevance to the event advertised. The NCC Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences will sponsor its Sixth Annual History Symposium starting at 10 a.m. and running through 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7 in the college’s General Re Forum, located on the East Campus at 188 Richards Avnuee. The topic this year is “The Charles Darwin Bicentennial (1809-2009): Celebrating the History of Ideas.” Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.
Student designers are Jessica Mikes, Santiago Osegueda, Philip Pollak, Noelle Power, and Mauricio Santiago. |
